Business Analyst - Senior (Business Process Reengineering)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 10 years of experience in managing or directing technical programs focused on business process development and database development/implementation, and data analysis. You will lead a team of professionals to improve business operations, enhance efficiency, and streamline internal processes.You will lead a team of professionals to improve business operations, enhance efficiency, and streamline internal processes. Will lead in conducting analysis on current business objectives, operational requirements and technical business processes as well as root cause analysis, as-is analysis and help develop proposed solutions.  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated Starting Salary Range for Business Analyst - Senior: $135,000 - 150,000
• Pay commensurate with experience.
• Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.  Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Business Analyst - Senior Responsibilities Include: 

• Lead initiatives to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and increase automation. Perform business process reengineering and apply lessons learned from previous reports to optimize workflows in database development and implementation, and data analysis
• Develop and maintain budget crosswalks, centralize data sources, and integrate financial, procurement, and program data into cohesive dashboards for easy access and analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools to integrate and display program datasets, driving informed decision-making.
• Lead a team of 10-12 analysts, ensuring alignment with program goals and providing mentorship to junior team members.
• Institute governance processes for data management and ensure proper organization and improvement of document metadata.
•  Create business process maps and integrate this with data.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Business Analyst - Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years in business process engineering, data analysis, and technical program management.
• Strong knowledge of business process reengineering, data analysis, and governance processes.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale programs and leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in integrating financial, acquisition, and procurement data.
• Strong experience with developing dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Leadership skills with experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site.
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
