We are Seeking a Lead Social Worker to provide guidance and support to a team of social workers, ensuring effective case management and compliance with regulatory standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Lead Social Worker: $  102,000.00 

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.  Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Lead Social Worker Responsibilities Include: 

• Supervise and mentor a team of social workers.
• Oversee high-risk and complex case management.
• Facilitate team meetings and professional development sessions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Lead Social Worker Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: 

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Experience in case management and social services.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and sensitive cases.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
