Technical Lead – Software Development Projects
This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Criterion Systems is seeking a mission-focused Technical Lead to support and contribute to the success of software development projects for our customer in Chantilly, Virginia.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay commensurate with experience.

Technical Lead – Software Development Projects Responsibilities Include:
- Working within a collaborative and creative team, tackling unique problem sets to ensure successful project delivery for our government customer.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Technical Lead – Software Development Projects Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Must have a Bachelors Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
- Full time on-site work at a customer or government facility.
- Strong verbal and oral communications skills.
- Experience modifying agile for R&D environments.
- Experience with JIRA.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to coach/mentor government project manager.
- Experience with SOP creation.
- Knowledge of customer’s security approval processes and ability to effectively support requirements and responses
- Ability to listen carefully and effectively synthesize highly technical information for understanding by a variety of audiences.
- Patience and Flexibility; ability to work with strong personalities.
- Self-directed
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
