Outreach and Enrollment Counselor
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (must be able to work some weekends and evenings, and travel occasionally for training).
Full-time, 40/hour per week
Pay starts at $16 an hour. We offer a differential pay to our bilingual employees.
Locations available: Knoxville, TN, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals in understanding their healthcare plan options, including Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and other government health plans.
- Provide one-on-one counseling to individuals or families about available medical coverage options, answering questions and offering tailored advice based on their healthcare needs and financial situation.
- Conduct outreach activities, such as information sessions or community events to educate potential enrollees about available healthcare programs and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual - Spanish is required.
- Bachelor's degree or similar work experience of three years or more.
- Be able to become a Certified Navigator.
