Outreach and Enrollment Counselor
Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (must be able to work some weekends and evenings, and travel occasionally for training).
Full-time, 40/hour per week
Pay starts at $16 an hour. We offer a differential pay to our bilingual employees.
Locations available: Knoxville, TN, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting and enrolling individuals in various health insurance plans in the marketplace.
- Determine eligibility, advise on necessary documentation, and answer questions related to the enrollment process.
- Serve as the bridge between CHS and underserved communities by promoting and educating them about our services.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual - Spanish is required.
- Bachelor's degree or similar work experience of three years or more.
- Be able to become a Certified Navigator.
