Position Summary
The Operations Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex projects for development and product integration efforts.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· This position manages personnel in operations, drafting, shop, and shipping/receiving departments.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
· Collaborates with the Leadership Team to coordinate activities across the company.
· Oversees projects to ensure they are completed on time and to specifications
· Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience and time constraints.
· Serves as liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
· Leads projects to ensure they are completed on time, to specifications and with accuracy and efficiency.
· Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
· Supports cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
· Conducts risk assessments; identifies risks to management with recommendations for mitigation of risk.
· Addresses questions, concerns and/or complaints throughout the project.
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Hires and trains operations personnel.
· Coaches, mentors and develops staff, providing career development planning and opportunities.
· Organizes, directs and oversees the schedules and work of the field technician specialists.
· Performs performance evaluations for the Operations Team.

· Proficient computer skills; MS Office Suite, Epicor, and other related programs.

· Flexibility to travel as needed.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or seven (7) years of Project Management, team management, and/or operational management experience.
· ERP and SolidWorks experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
Environmental Conditions:
A typical office environment with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues. May have occasional outdoor exposure to heat, cold, and environmental elements.
