Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Drop Count Supervisor located in Tulsa, OK. The Drop Count Supervisor will oversee the drop and count team, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies. Daily responsibilities include supervising the accurate collection and counting of gaming revenue, preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring security protocols are followed. Additionally, the supervisor will manage team schedules, provide training, and address any operational issues that arise during shifts. THIS POSITION IS OVERNIGHT. START TIME IS 1:30AM.
Qualifications
- Experience in supervising and leading a team
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and maintain detailed records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the gaming or hospitality industry is an advantage
