What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Call / As Needed Bartender position at Cherokee Nation Entertainment?
Cherokee Casino & Hotel Roland is looking for friendly and experienced bartenders who are available to work as needed on Saturday evenings to assist with service for shows and VIP events hosted at the property. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team!
- Mix and serve drinks to customers, following standard drink recipes or creating new, unique ones.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized.
- Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience.
- Adhere to safety and health standards, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace.
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Knowledge of mixology and craft cocktails is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card and a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
