Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Poker Floor Lead to join our thriving poker room. In this key role, you'll be the ultimate game master, ensuring smooth operations and a thrilling experience for both dealers and players.
- You'll directly supervise our team of Poker Dealers, ensuring they deliver exceptional service while adhering to the rules.
- From opening to closing the poker room, you'll lead the charge, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled royal flush.
- Responsible for accurate poker inventory, you'll ensure every chip and card is accounted for at the start and end of each game.
- You'll be the guardian of our poker room, enforcing safety policies, identifying hazards, and reporting any concerns.
- Maintaining deck inspection, you'll guarantee the integrity of the game—no funny business allowed!
- You'll ensure poker procedures are followed by dealers, keeping the game fair and honest.
- Reporting any irregularities to the Poker Shift Manager, you'll maintain a transparent and secure environment.
- We're looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience dealing cards in a casino poker environment.
- The ability to maintain composure and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is essential for ensuring swift response and assistance across properties.
- Must successfully complete training in the CNE Gaming Academy.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
- Most work is performed while standing or sitting with the occasional need to walk, recline, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and handle.
