Job Title: Resort Gaming Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Resort Gaming Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of gaming operations, including processing wagers, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process wagers and payouts in accordance with department policy and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and banking transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of the Racing and Sportsbook area.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Six (6) months of cash-handling experience.
- Experience in race and sportsbook.
- Experience in a similar resort environment.
- Bilingual, with English as a primary or secondary language.
