Description
A professional who assists the Clinical Director with the development and ongoing administration of the Quality Assurance program. Provides monitoring and enforcement of home health agency practices promoting the delivery of high-quality efficient care, based on established minimum standards of service, and congruent with Quality Assurance philosophy, goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed to perform Registered Nurse duties in Oklahoma
- Previous home health care experience, preferred
- One year experience in performing Quality Assurance duties, preferred.
- Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing tasks frequently.
- Must be able to maintain concentration during frequent interruptions.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
- Ability to work with individuals, to enlist cooperation of many people to perform/achieve a common goal.
