What are the responsibilities and job description for the Access Management Analyst I, II, or III position at Cherokee Nation?
Configures, maintains, and administers identity and access management systems for Cherokee Nation.
Job Duties:
- Works closely with human resources, vendors, security, and information technology to grant proper access entitlements, ensuring the security of the organization's sensitive information or systems.
- Defines user roles and implements identity and access management tools within organizational systems and applications.
- Monitors permissions and grants/denies user access requests following the principle of least privilege.
- Checks for consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Prepares identity and access management reports.
- Plans and implements changes and updates to identity and access management systems.
- Creates dashboards, reports, and metrics to support status updates.
- Works with developers, analysts, and customers to update, maintain, and improve applications.
- Assists Network and Server teams with necessary logs when needed for troubleshooting issues.
- Undertakes application administration, custom query and report creation, end-user support, and training.
- Provide on-call support (24x7) to assist with implementation, debugging, and support of the Health Information System.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Performs work under direct supervision.
- Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience.
- Must comprehend Healthcare workflows and terminology.
- Must be experienced in the workflow and dataflow of a Health Information System.
- Must be exposed to Cerner Millennium solutions and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two (2) to four (4) years of experience.
- Must comprehend Healthcare workflows and terminology.
- Must be experienced in the workflow and dataflow of a Health Information System.
- Advanced experience with Cerner Lights on Network and Cerner Advance Analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Four (4) to six (6) years of experience.
- Must comprehend Healthcare workflows and terminology.
- Must be experienced in the workflow and dataflow of a Health Information System.
