- Develop detailed system design documents, including data models, process flows, and interface specifications.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of application systems.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements to existing application systems.
- Develop scripts and automated workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Lead and manage application development projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide advanced technical support for application systems, resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to minimize system downtime.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with vendors for escalated support issues and product roadmaps.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive IT experience, with a strong emphasis on application systems.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Opera PMS, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python), and integration tools.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Experience with database management systems and data modeling within Oracle Opera.
- Working knowledge of networking principles.
