About the Role
This is a full-time, individual contributor role in Littleton, Colorado that offers a competitive salary of $33 to $35 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.
As a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their goals and regain their physical strength and mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients under their care.
- Help patients with exercises and activities to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
- Document patients' progress and report to the Occupational Therapist.
- Instruct patients and family members on proper techniques for exercises and equipment use.
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- State licensure as a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
