The Tax Growth Solutions Leader position involves driving the development of growth solutions in core and strategic tax. This role requires strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
Solution Development: Develop process models for packaged solution sets across existing tax service offerings, collaborating with key leaders and teams.
- Work closely with Regional Service Line Leaders to develop solution sets that meet client needs.
- Collaborate with Strategic Tax Domain Leaders to drive innovation and growth in strategic tax areas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Industry Practice Leaders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of tax services.
New Offerings: Create and launch external-to-internal approaches to innovate new tax offerings and/or bundled tax and advisory services, working closely with Growth Operations to monitor success.
Communication & Education Strategy: Develop and drive a comprehensive communication and education strategy for tax services, aligning with business objectives and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
