Kitchen Helper/Server/Dishwasher

We are a small assisted living facility looking for a kitchen assistant / assistant cook.
Some Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal prep, serving, and clean-up for 40 residents.
• Assist in delivering trays to residents as needed.
• Help the cook coordinate with staff regarding resident's unique needs.
• Assist cook with scheduled kitchen cleaning.

Requirements:

• Must have an understanding and appreciation of elderly residents
• Must be able to learn and understand various basic food allergies and food texture modifications
• Must be eligible to work in senior care
• Must be able to lift 40lbs
• Must have a flexible schedule and willingness to assist co-workers
• Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain
• Pre-Service Infection Prevention course (online, free)
• Our licensing rules require that employees must be able to speak and understand English.
