Assistant Clinical Director

Job Summary

The position involves managing a caseload of approximately 7 clients while providing direct supervision to ensure high-quality services. Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring performance indicators to drive clinical success.
• Supervising and mentoring clinicians and behavior technicians.
• Collaborating with the Clinical Director for operational efficiency.
• Overseeing onboarding, client intakes, and assessments.
• Ensuring compliance with clinical policies and standards.
• Conducting audits and addressing performance issues.
• Representing the organization at community events.
• Coaching on client programming and managing parent concerns.
• Participating in leadership meetings and aligning staff with goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in applied behavior analysis.
• BCBA certification and state behavior analyst license required.
  
  

Flexibility in availability and travel for in-home sessions is necessary. Physical demands include active engagement in therapy and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
