Women's Empowerment Clinical Program Manager

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated LSW or LPC to manage the Women's Empowerment Program (WEP) and support our mission in behavioral health. The WEP Manager will oversee daily operations, collaborate with the management team, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and supporting staff and clients
• Developing training tools and quality assurance
• Acting as a liaison between community resources and the program
• Maintaining accurate client documentation
• Participating in community activities
