Responsibilities:
Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify potential advertisers (local businesses, services, etc.) through cold calling, networking, online research, and community involvement.
Conduct Needs Analysis: Understand the advertising goals of potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Present and Propose: Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the value of our print and digital offerings. Develop customized proposals.
Close Deals: Negotiate advertising contracts and secure commitments, managing all necessary paperwork.
Build Relationships: Maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Track progress on leads and opportunities, providing regular updates.
Travel: Travel within assigned territories to meet with clients and prospects.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed established sales goals.
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and Closing Skills: Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-Motivation and Organization: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and organized with the ability to work independently.
