Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the sales processes and expectations across all dealerships.
- Collaborate with General Managers to strategize, execute, and organize the Sales Department's functions to meet performance standards, including budgetary targets for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
- Inspire and lead the RV sales team to achieve and surpass sales objectives through motivation and guidance.
- Formulate and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, pricing, and merchandising.
- Identify areas for improvement and craft sales plans to attain targets.
- Establish quarterly and annual sales goals, encouraging teams to meet them.
- Partner with finance and executive teams to devise budgets and financial strategies for sales initiatives.
