Key Responsibilities
- Identify and Engage : Research and establish contact with potential corporate clients, identifying key decision-makers and developing tailored membership proposals.
- Client Meetings and Presentations : Schedule and conduct professional sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of YMCA corporate memberships.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain an active prospect pipeline, track leads, and consistently follow up to close deals.
- Relationship Building : Develop and sustain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure membership retention and satisfaction.
- Strategic Marketing Input : Recommend marketing strategies to target specific industries, regions, or demographics.
- Industry Networking : Attend industry events, chamber meetings, and community gatherings to generate leads and establish meaningful business connections.
- Reporting and Goal Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly revenue and membership targets, and submit detailed sales reports to management.
- Professional Representation : The YMCA will be represented professionally, aligning with its mission and values, and promoting the organization’s positive image within the business community.
