Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Membership Sales Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive membership growth at Canyata by engaging with potential members through warm calling and upselling memberships to current members of the clubs in the Escalante Golf portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for golf and luxury travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to existing members within the Escalante Golf portfolio prospective to introduce and promote Icon Golf/Canyata memberships.
- Upsell memberships to existing members within the Escalante Golf portfolio, highlighting additional benefits and exclusive opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current members to ensure retention and gain referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and member engagement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position Icon Golf's unique value proposition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in membership sales, luxury goods, or services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong motivation to drive membership growth and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
