Chery Equipment Group is a US distributor of globally recognized heavy equipment and industrial product.
We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Forklift, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at the Chery showroom. This role involves showcasing and selling both Chery Industrial and Chery Life products, engaging with customers, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has strong communication skills, and is eager to grow with our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience by building relationships and addressing their needs.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and effectively demonstrate their features, benefits, and usage to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom by ensuring products are well-displayed, stocked, and aligned with company branding and merchandising guidelines.
- Support marketing initiatives by assisting with promotional campaigns, social media engagement, in-store events, and customer outreach to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Address customer inquiries, assist with product issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.
- Be available to work on Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (experience in home improvement, outdoor living, or industrial products is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to understand technical product details and explain them clearly to customers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to meet sales goals and customer needs.
- Comfortable using CRM software, POS systems, and basic digital tools; social media experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
