Large, multi-disciplinary behavioral health practice with main office in Bethesda, and satellite offices in Silver Spring, Annapolis and Columbia is seeking a highly experienced practice administrator to perform a range of high level duties including:

General duties will include, but are not limited to:

Financial-Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the company. Prepare monthly reports for center and satellite offices.Generate commission reports for clinicians for bi-monthly payroll cycle. Resolve all outstanding balances exceeding net-30, collections and write-offs. Pay monthly bills for services and supplies.

Operational Management - Maintaining Insurance Policies for the Center

Maintaining HIPAA compliance standards and PCI financial practices. Collaborate with Satellite Practice Manager for operational needs and lease agreements. Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities. Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels.

Supervision and Training -

Supervising front desk and hourly support to ensure quality control, proficiency of systems, compliance to established procedure and high customer service.

Clinician Liaison – Support the Center Director in the recruitment and onboarding of new clinicians for training, system integration and implementing new practices in front office specific to their needs.

Management Liason - This individual will work closely, on a daily basis, with the center's CEO, providing daily hands-on implementation of the standards, policies and procedures set forth by the CEO. This highly experienced individual will provide input and feedback in all efforts to improve management systems within the center.

Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. Continue to improve established systems for communications, patient integration forms and contracts and operations.

Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR,Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.

BusinessDevelopment/ Expansion – Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational development. Support the Managing Director in the growth of the center and

Education and Experience:

· Seeking a candidate with mental health license and experience (LPC or LCSW) as well as business management experience and training.

· 8 years of experience in a management position.

· Very strong computer proficiency–paperless environment working on a clouded platforms

· Knowledge of QuickBooks, basic accounting principles

· Knowledge of EMR/EHR platforms

Extremely competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
