**Job Overview:**
The College Facilities Maintenance Associate will work under the direction of the Maintenance & Energy Supervisor to assist the HVAC, Plumbing, Grounds, and Electric Technicians in maintaining the college's facilities systems and equipment. This role will require the ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and college emergencies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist Trade Technicians in maintaining all facets of the College's facilities systems and equipment.
- Perform trade specific tasks under the direction of trade technicians.
- Other general maintenance duties as assigned, such as carpentry and painting.
**Qualifications:**
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required, along with at least three years of work experience in any combination of the following trades: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry. A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are also essential.
