**About the Role:**
The Equipment Operator and Repairer will be responsible for operating and maintaining the college's equipment, including backhoes, bobcats, forklifts, and mowing equipment. This role will require the ability to acquire and maintain all necessary certificates to operate equipment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate equipment such as backhoes, bobcats, forklifts, trucks, personal lifts, and mowing equipment.
- Change HVAC air filters and replace light bulbs, water filters, plumbing fixtures, and parts.
- Acquire and maintain all necessary certificates to operate equipment.
**Requirements:**
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required, along with at least three years of work experience in any combination of the following trades: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry. A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are also essential.
