Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, plan, and prepare for classroom instruction and related activities

• Remain current in the discipline, applying best practices and innovative approaches to teaching and learning
• Use learning management systems to communicate with students, post course materials, and track progress
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in course-level assessment and reporting, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in the teaching discipline or closely related field with 15 graduate semester hours in the subject area from an accredited institution
• Experience teaching diverse populations, preferably in a community college setting
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
