**Job Description:**
The Maintenance Technician Lead will work under the direction of the Maintenance & Energy Supervisor to assist the HVAC, Plumbing, Grounds, and Electric Technicians in maintaining the college's facilities systems and equipment. This role will require the ability to operate equipment such as backhoes, bobcats, and forklifts.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist Trade Technicians in maintaining all facets of the College's facilities systems and equipment.
- Perform trade specific tasks under the direction of trade technicians.
- Other general maintenance duties as assigned, such as carpentry and painting.
**Qualifications:**
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required, along with at least three years of work experience in any combination of the following trades: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry. A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are also essential.
