What You’ll Be Doing :
- Team Development and Training : Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled sales electricians capable of delivering world-class customer service. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to celebrate successes, address challenges, and close performance gaps.
- Customer Experience Management : Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring each interaction meets or exceeds company standards. Perform call-by-call reviews to guarantee optimal customer options are presented.
- Sales Performance Analysis : Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop actionable strategies to optimize team performance and achieve sales targets.
- Target Achievement : Ensure team performance aligns with company goals, driving 50% year-over-year sales growth.
- High-Quality Standards : Uphold Chesapeake Electric’s commitment to excellence by ensuring adherence to company processes and standards in every aspect of the sales process.
- Problem Solving and Innovation : Address challenges proactively by thinking critically and implementing creative solutions to meet both team and customer needs.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful Day One :
Salary Range : $80,000 base salary with performance-based pay. We offer an uncapped earning potential with a realistic target of $200k annually.
