Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Call on existing customer base within the company’s geographic territory
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business while achieving sales goals and targets.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and regular follow-up.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate service.
- Market Research:
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback on market conditions, sales forecasts, and competitor offerings to the sales management team.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment between client needs and agency offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes using TTS software.
- Sales Strategies & Execution:
- Develop customized sales strategies to reach target markets and meet sales objectives.
- Represent the agency at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to increase brand awareness and expand your network.
- Experience: 3 years in outside sales, preferably within a rep agency or similar industry.
- Skills:
- Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including client visits, trade shows, and events.
