Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
- 5 years extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising and brand management
- Proficient using Microsoft Office and Google Suite and various software systems used by CMI such as eRad RIS/PACS, CRM, Physician Web Portals.
- Strategic, innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
- A passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Supreme customer service skills
- Adept multi-tasker with ability to quickly prioritize
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical staff, and healthcare providers in the region.
- Act as a representative of our organization to educate providers about our services, specialties, and referral processes.
- Drive patient referrals by identifying and cultivating new referral sources, tracking referral patterns, and addressing service inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to design and implement outreach programs.
- Attend and coordinate events, meetings, and presentations with physician practices to share information and promote services.
- Track, analyze, and report on referral data, market insights, and outreach effectiveness.
- Demo and deploy various CMI products that are part of our offerings for the referring community
