Job Summary:
The function of this role is to assist the customer service team with full cycle order processing and maintenance of customer information. This position will be responsible for retrieving and processing customer orders, generating reports and other duties associated with the order processing cycle. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, excellent typing skills, an exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for precision.
Job Duties:
- Full Cycle Order Processing
- Maintain Customer Accounts
- Effectively address customer issues and ensure resolution
- Accounts Receivable Invoicing/Collections
- Label Printing
- Use of QuickBooks
- Use of SPS Commerce and Commerce Hub
- Use of shipping Software including UPS and Fed Ex
- Other office duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Strong typing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Have reliable means of transportation.
Experience:
- Customer Service experience in an office environment preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or data entry experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Experience with QuickBooks is required
