CSP has partnered with a client in their search for a Recruiter. In this role, this individual will play an essential role in sourcing and hiring top talent, specifically outside sales representatives. Having expertise in sourcing, screening, and collaborating with hiring managers will be critical to meeting our clients growing headcount needs. This person will be involved in the full recruitment cycle and have the chance to influence and contribute to the talent acquisition strategy. This role will start out on-site five days a week in Fulton, MD with the potential for 1-2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Recruiting: Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing tools to find and attract qualified candidates, especially for outside sales roles.
- Screening & Qualification: Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and ensure a smooth and efficient candidate selection process.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide insights on market trends, and advise on recruitment strategies.
- Utilize Data: Use market data and recruitment metrics to influence hiring decisions, and continuously optimize the recruitment process.
- ATS Management: Utilize platforms like Lever, Workday, UKG, ADP, etc., to track candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Recruitment Best Practices: Implement best practices, including manager kickoff calls, job postings, Boolean search, skill-based qualifications, behavioral interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment efforts comply with guidelines such as EEOC and OFCCP, and maintain compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Collaboration & Communication: Maintain clear communication with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams. Regularly update all parties on candidate status and requisition activity.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience: 3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment. Prior experience with sourcing and recruiting outside sales reps is a plus but not mandatory.
- Tools & Technology: Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Workday, UKG, ADP).
- Process-Oriented & Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain a high level of organization and follow through on all recruitment processes.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with EEOC, OFCCP, and other compliance regulations.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Excel, Word, Teams, and other relevant tools.
- AI Tools: Experience or familiarity with using AI-driven recruitment tools.
- Collaborative & Results-Driven: Strong teamwork and the ability to work independently within deadlines.
Salary : $30 - $35
