- Lead daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build and manage an effective accounting team, ensuring professional growth.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, internal controls, and cost optimization strategies.
- Oversee cash flow management, enhance financial systems, and collaborate with international teams to address operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 10 years of accounting experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
- CPA certification required.
- Experience in building and developing a team
Salary : $170,000 - $190,000
