CSP has partnered with a Senior Living Community in their search for an HR Director. Our client is looking for a Director of Human Resources who is passionate about making a meaningful impact by providing expert leadership across workforce planning, organizational development, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and talent management. This role will be on-site five days a week in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on people-related matters, HR processes, employment practices, and other HR programs, helping to drive high-performing teams.
- Lead and manage changes related to Human Capital initiatives and HR goal achievements.
- Strengthen the organization’s capabilities by integrating the people aspect into strategic planning, development, and performance assessments.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
- Advise management on issues related to workplace discrimination and other relevant concerns.
- Develop innovative ideas to improve the work environment, increase employee engagement, and enhance employee relations.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of management experience in Human Resources.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing enterprise-wide projects and overseeing business/strategic process improvements.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Capital, Human Resources, or Organizational Development.
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent is a plus.
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
