CSP has partnered with a client in their search for a Human Resources Generalist/EHS Specialist with 3 years of experience to support their growing organization. This on-site role in Chattanooga, TN, offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across various HR and EHS functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Attract and hire top talent to meet the organization’s needs.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Training & Development: Support employee growth and facilitate ongoing learning and development initiatives.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- HR Compliance: Ensure organizational policies and practices align with legal requirements and company standards.
- Safety Management & Compliance: Oversee and enforce safety policies, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Incident Reporting & Investigation: Manage incident reporting, including accidents, injuries, and oversee investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Workers’ Compensation Management: Coordinate workers' compensation processes, ensuring timely reporting and claims management for workplace injuries.
Key Qualifications:
- 3 years of HR generalist experience, with exposure to EHS or safety management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and safety management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
