This critical role will support the company’s rapid growth while overseeing investor relations functions and ensuring transparent communication aligned with corporate strategies. In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, drive strategic decision-making, and help raise the company’s visibility in the capital markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders.
- Lead the creation of communication materials such as investor presentations, earnings call scripts, press releases, and annual reports, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and financial disclosures.
- Monitor market trends, investor feedback, and competitive positioning, providing insights to the executive leadership team.
- Plan and execute investor-related events, including earnings calls, shareholder meetings, roadshows, and industry conferences to enhance company visibility.
- Ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations, ensuring timely and accurate financial disclosures and adherence to corporate governance standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or related fields, with demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
- Strong experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, with an understanding of the unique financial challenges and regulatory environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation strongly preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
