MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and assisting a small team of warehouse staff, overseeing their day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Essential Functions & Tasks
- Recording and tracking received shipments.
- Lift, stack and un-stack products and materials.
- Move raw materials and finished goods to processing or dispatch areas of the facility.
- Make sure goods are stored in the correct area of the plant and/or warehouse so they may be located easily.
- Load and unload transport vehicles, making sure loads are evenly and securely placed per bill of lading.
- Follow all guidelines as set forth in the forklift driver’s manual and policy.
- Work both indoors and outdoors.
- Work safely and report all unsafe working conditions and/or unsafe acts to the receiving manager immediately.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
- Coordinate with foreman to ensure correct materials are fulfilled.
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in inventory management and data entry.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfilment, and inventory control.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- All types of physical movement are required for this position to successfully perform the essential functions.
- Ability to use upper and lower extremities.
- Ability to work outside in heat, inclement weather, and cold.
- Ability to crawl, kneel, crouch, climb, and bend around and under equipment, on ladders up to 24', stairs, scaffolds, enter inside of confined spaces throughout much of the work shift.
- Occasionally lift/move up to 75 pounds.
- Able to work over bodies of water.

- Monday – Friday
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 3:30pm
