Job Description:
The Director of Residential Services and Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential facilities. This includes ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with individual program plans and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of individual program plans
- Coordinate with residential staff and contractual services to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of experience in administration or supervision in the human services field
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention)
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less
