Job Title: Director of Residential Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall operation and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Monitor service delivery to residents provided by residential staff and contractual services.
- Coordinate services provision according to individual program plans.
Qualifications:
- Licensed as a CRCF-Administrator through the Board of Long Term Health Care Administrators.
- Certified in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention).
- Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
Education:
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field.
- Two years of experience in administration or supervision in the human services field.
Note: A master's degree in human services field administration or a related field with one year of experience in administration or supervision is also acceptable.
