Guest Service Agent – PPG
Summary: The Guest Service Administrator at PPG acts as the front desk professional for all guests and tenants of the property. This position the GSA will be responsible with assisting the access needs of several hundred building visitors daily. This is a Full-Time, Monday – Friday position within regular daylight business hours.
Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour.
Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday

Essential Job Functions:
· Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and tenants by treating them with respect and courtesy at any time during their interactions.
· Assist building tenants with individual badging concerns, including but not limited to expired badges, lost badges, or requests for new badges.
· Assist registered guests to the building by promptly checking in the guest and issuing the proper passes for their visit.
· Assist unregistered guests by confirming they have authorized access by the tenant to allow access.
· Assist tenants with pre-registering large groups of visitors to the property.
· Assist with locating the desired recipients of deliveries to the building by placing phone calls to the tenants for verification.
· Always maintain a professional demeanor, including a professional appearance and positive and helpful attitude.
· Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures of the property.
· Follow established emergency procedures and protocol as assigned.
· Upkeeping the general cleanliness of front desk and surrounding workspace by keeping the area clear of clutter, garbage, or debris.
· Ensuring all equipment (computers, printers, etc.) are working properly at the beginning and end of each shift.
· Maintain up to date contact list for tenants of the building.
· Create and maintain lists of current events on the property and the surrounding Pittsburgh area.
· Maintain a working knowledge of Downtown Pittsburgh and be comfortable with directing guests and visitors to any of their destinations.
· Must be able to multitask and attend to multiple guests/visitors at a time to ensure that everyone is taken care of with as little delay as possible.
· Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time without accommodation.
· Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
