Your Next Great Adventure
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement strategy and team. In this role, you will develop and execute purchasing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and service. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new opportunities to expand our supplier network. Collaboration with internal teams is key, as you'll ensure their supply needs are met efficiently and effectively. As the leader of the purchasing team, you'll oversee daily operations, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring all activities align with the highest standards of integrity and business conduct.
Qualifications
Success is Built On :
- Strong knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
- Understanding of the homebuilding process
- Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with back office purchasing and accounting software is required
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volume
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi- task and prioritize work
- Prefer experience with BRIX software or similar
- College Degree preferred
- 4 years of purchasing management experience
- Homebuilding experience preferred
