The Sales and Operations Coordinator ensures the smooth daily operations of the division while providing essential support to the Division President and the team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, team-focused problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Key responsibilities include managing office operations, coordinating cross-functional support, and driving efficiency and effectiveness across the division.
Success Is Built On
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including AI-driven tools, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Highly organized with strong time management, multitasking abilities, and, if applicable, task delegation experience.
- Adaptable to changing office environments, with knowledge of office management systems.
