Your Next Great Adventure
The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in managing inventory pricing, tracking sales performance, updating management reports, and overseeing new community startup tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. Responsibilities include processing and reviewing sales contracts, maintaining pricing and incentive updates, generating sales reports, and ensuring data accuracy in CRM and BRIX systems. The Sales Coordinator will also track market trends, calculate gross margins, and support sales operations by distributing key updates to management and marketing teams. Additionally, they will manage new community startup checklists, ensuring projects stay on target. This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional with experience in new home construction or real estate.
Qualifications
Success is Built On
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the home building or real estate industry, with knowledge of sales contracts and purchase agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and a keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Primarily an office environment with occasional travel to sales sites and events; may require evening and weekend work to meet deadlines and attend events
