Overview
We are seeking to add an exceptionally friendly and outgoing receptionist to our stellar front office team. This pivotal role serves as the first and last point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming, calming and enriching experience. The ideal candidate will possess a learner's attitude, strong customer service skills and great phone skills.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments with focused attention to daily efficiency.
- Utilize the available training resources that we provide to enhance skills.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-organized at all times.
- Assist with any additional office management duties as required to support the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role, particularly at it applies to phone skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes as needed.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
