Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for providers.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
- Provide clerical support, including data entry and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with calendar management practices is a plus.
