Responsibilities
- To design and implement high-quality educational programs tailored to meet the needs of our students.
- Assure the smooth execution of existing curricula.
- Guarantee adherence to local, state, and national regulations as well as internal standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- A suitable combination of academic qualifications and relevant coursework, totaling at least 30 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related fields.
- An alternative requirement consists of having completed 15 relevant credits (or holding a CDA certification) alongside at least one year of relevant experience working with children.
- The third option requires a combination of academic qualifications and at least two years of direct experience working with children.
