Job Summary
We are seeking a Per Diem Wellness Respite Associate to join our team at Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey. This role will provide supportive services to help guests achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. As a member of our staff, you will work collaboratively with guests to develop and implement individualized Wellness Plans and link them to community resources and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized Wellness Plans to address guest needs
- Collaborate with guests to link them to community resources and services
- Provide an open-door setting where guests can continue daily activities during their stay
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years of related work or life experience
- Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related discipline
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage crisis and work well under pressure
- Knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation model preferred
- Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Valid NJ Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who use their own life experience with mental health/substance use to inspire and support others
