Your Role as a Community Engagement Representative:
- Educate individuals in a face-to-face setting about available services and assist with enrollment
- Implement creative marketing and engagement initiatives to connect with eligible customers
- Collaborate with senior teams on community outreach initiatives and workshops to create a more effective outreach program
- Follow government regulations and company guidelines while assisting customers
