Under general supervision, performs a variety of standard clerical and administrative duties for the office of the Clerk of Court including preparing documents for mailing; making copies; assisting customers, etc. Reports to the Clerk of Court. Receives and receipts monies for fees, fines, court costs, etc.. Performs criminal checks as requested. Answers and handles phone calls. High school diploma and one to two years of general office experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. Knowledge of the legal system is beneficial.
